Will Writing
Without a Will, your estate will be distributed in accordance with the court's will. This means those that you want to inherit may not and equally, those that you do not could do.
Our Professional Will writers will talk you through the decisions you can make and what you express within your Will.
This will include any gifts or possessions or money you would like to make. How you would like any properties you own to be distributed. If you have children under the age of 18, who you would like to be their guardian and take care of them. Amongst other wishes we can detail.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Lasting Powers of Attorney enable you to decide who you would want to make decisions on your behalf if you no longer had the mental capacity to do so.
There are two types of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Property and financial affairs will provide your attorney the ability to make decisions for you about your finances including bank accounts, paying bills along with managing your savings and investments.
Health and Welfare will provide your attorney the ability to make decisions on your behalf on any care and treatment.
Trusts
There are a range of trusts that can help you distribute your estate in a tax-efficient manner. Trusts can also help you protect your assets whilst keeping loved ones safe.
We can offer a range of trusts depending on your needs from Discretionary trusts, Property protection, life interest trust amongst others.
Secure Document Storage
Our Secure Document Storage keeps your legal documents safe.
You will have unlimited access to your documents, When you make your request all original documents will be sent to you. You, your executors and attorneys will be provided details on how they access the documents when they are required.
Your Will, will also be registered on the National Will Register

The Office of Public Guardian charges a registration fee for each Lasting Power Attorney document. This is currently £82
